About the facilitator
Wil Payne is a qualified Leadership and Management Coach with over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development supporting the private, public and charitable sectors to deliver their strategic business plans. He has worked as HR Director for FMCG and Service businesses where he has built a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and implementing people strategies to deliver commercial value whilst enhancing employee engagement and retention of talent. In his career to date, Wil has worked with people from the school room to Board room enabling them to achieve their full potential as well as forging productive partnership opportunities for growth and innovation.
