Business Development Officer
My role is to support businesses in accessing academic expertise and grant funding to enable SMEs to do things differently. This will help the business drive productivity and investment and help deliver their growth ambitions.
Enterprise Manager
My role is to raise awareness across Greater Lincolnshire by delivering a series of events to encourage innovative thinking and the sharing of best practice. This includes the annual ‘Doing it Differently’ Conference and a series of sector based and business hosted seminars and workshops. These are designed to encourage and stimulate new investment into activities leading to R&D, innovation and higher level skills.
Employment Opportunities Manager
I work within the Careers and Employability Team at the University and I’m responsible for managing the Graduate Internship funding element of the Productivity Programme. I work with businesses to explore the benefits of graduate employment, how to recruit talent to their business and support with the funding process.
Business Support Advisor
My role is to provide 12 hours’ of business support and advice to businesses enrolled on the Productivity Programme. The programme is perfect for helping businesses that are looking for investment and that need guidance on ways to get it. From pitch preparation to networking, our team are happy to help!
Business Angel Network Manager
My role is to connect businesses that need funding, with private investors (known as Business Angels) who are looking for their next investment opportunity. I provide business support and advice to get businesses ‘investment ready’ before introducing them to the Business Angel Network for investment consideration.
